I liked your tip of getting quotes from 3 different caterers before deciding on a company to hire. My fiancee and I are getting married soon and we were wondering how to pick a catering company that will impress our guests. I’ll be sure to tell her that we should get quotes from 3 different caterers before deciding on a company.

I found it interesting when you said that it is important to know which kinds of cuisine each different caterer and to know their expertise to know which would be the best for your event. My brother is looking to host a job fair but is concerned about the best kind of food or drink for the event. I think that a coffee cart would be a great idea for keeping people alert and paying attention.

I like that you mentioned considering the caterer first because of the attendee’s diets. My fiancee and I know a lot of people on the kosher and vegan diet. We would like some help from healthy office lunch catering to announce my fiancee’s acceptance for our wedding.

Thanks for pointing out that before you hire the caterer you should find out their specialty and their expertise. My fiance and I are trying to find the right catering service for our wedding because we fell it’s such an important part of the day. We are thinking about finding a caterer that does Jamaican cuisine because we think that would be really fun and different so we’ll have to look into who specializes in that.
Cindy Magee says
That sounds like a delicious idea for a wedding!!! YUM! Congrats!

When it comes to choosing a caterer, it’s always good to choose one that has chefs that specialize in plant-based dishes. Nice Article.

I really like the way you explain all the information. As you explain in this article before selecting any caterer tasting the menu so that you can better understand what kind of food they will provide. Actually, I am looking for catering service for my son birthday party and this info will be very helpful for me to choose the right caterer for the event.
Thanks

I love how you said to find a caterer that supplies you with a tasting menu. One of my friends is getting married, so she’ll need to hire a caterer. These tips could really help her, so thanks for sharing them.

It sure was nice how you pointed out That prior to hiring the catering company, it is best to ask them about the kinds of dishes that they prepare and the number of people that they can accommodate to avoid confusion. I will make sure to ask the menu part since my sister wants European dishes for her wedding. I have to make sure that the catering company can make European food so she does not get disappointed. Thank you for sharing.

I really like what you said about tasting the menu so that you can better understand what kind of food they will provide. My fiance and I have been looking for a caterer for our wedding for the past couple days, and I think that this will be really beneficial information to us. Thanks again for all the catering information, and I will make sure to show my wife this when she gets home.

I’m glad that you talked about catering services. We are throwing a party next month for my mom’s birthday but we honestly do not have time to prepare the food so I think it will be best if we just hire a catering service. I agree that not all the caterers can serve all kinds of cuisines or cater all sizes of events, so it’s right that we should ask the caterer their specialty or maybe ask them if they could cater the type of cuisine you want. Also, keep in mind some of your guests if they have some allergies or if they’re vegetarian as well as if they’re lactose intolerant. Better to include some dishes that are favorable to your guests. Also ask them if they could handle your event, always consider the number of guests you will have, some caterers cannot handle big events especially the small companies.
Cindy Magee says
So true! Hope that your mom’s birthday goes great!!!

I loved when you mentioned how you can consult with your family and friends when looking for a reputable caterer. It is important to remember that asking those who have experiences with this can help you get the best food provider for your event. Personally, I would also want to read online reviews in order to know what other people have to say about their experience so I can choose the best one too.
Callum Palmer says
References can really make the difference when it comes to choosing a caterer for your event. Whether it be for your wedding or just for a summer party, you want to make sure that the caterer you hire has experience with that particular kind of party. One of the easiest ways to check this out is to contact the references that the caterer gives you to find out what kind of work they’ve done.
Finley Moreira says
It’s interesting to me how you suggest hiring a caterer based on their specialty and experience. My fiance and I are planning our wedding, and we have decided we would like to have it catered. We’ll be sure to take your advice and inquire about previous wedding catering experience before making a decision on who to hire.

Very informative post about catering services. Some catering services lack the quality of service and in the end we don’t end up calling them again. But we do know some quality catering services here in the Philippines. Anyways, great post!
