Ok, I’m writing this just 2 hours shy of Thursday. Usually, I’m a procrastinator but I’m wide awake since I’m spending most of my recovery napping, or laying in bed. I can’t remember the last time I had to just do nothing… including not bending over at the waist, not picking anything up off the floor, not lifting anything weighing more than a gallon of milk. It’s driving me batty! But I’m also enjoying it!
I’m thankful for so much!!! I’m thankful for my parents being here and baby’ing me so much. I’m thankful for the surgery going so well and all the people involved in it going smoothly. I’m thankful for my husband changing ice packs and making sure I take medications at the right times even in the middle of the night. I’m thankful for the healing process going better and better. I’m thankful for having babies and them being healthy and growing and learning.
God is so good to me. He reveals Himself when my faith starts growing cold. God helps me see things I don’t want to see but need to. I’m so thankful for His unconditional and unending love.
