Have you heard of Cricket Wireless? I heart it! We switched from AT&T to Cricket this past weekend and I’m loving it! Did you know that Cricket Wireless is owned by AT&T and Cricket uses the same tower system that AT&T does? So when I found that out, I asked myself why in the world am I paying almost $60 more a month for a phone bill that gives me the same service. Loving it!
If you have a compatible phone, you can bring it over. If not the prices on the phones available are pretty good. I got an Alcatel One Touch Idol for only $129.99 and it has a giant amount of storage and a 13megapixel camera… oh yea!!! My old phone had so little storage I couldn’t even download the Instagram app on it! Cracra right?!
Another bonus for Cricket Wireless is that if you refer someone then you will get a $25 credit on your bill and earn up to $250 in referrals per year. YEP! And they have a rewards program to use through your smart phone where you earn mPoints for doing things like playing games, liking cricket on social media, and taking up on their offers. So far I’ve got 125 points and can either use that toward entry for sweepstakes or save up and get a $10 refill card for 20,000 points. (I’ll probably cash in for sweepstakes entries before saving up all those points.)
