Chicken can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Additionally, it can be consumed whole, shredded, diced, nuggetted (is that a word lol) etc. Chicken can be boiled, grilled, fried, steamed, etc. The point being that chicken is a versatile dish. It is one of the easiest things to cook in the kitchen, even if you have no idea what particular dish to make.
Even more exciting is that it doesn’t take long to cook, saving you a good amount of time in the kitchen. For many families around the country, chicken dishes continue to save the day. Chicken diet improves mood and cognition
Chicken contains an essential amino acid called tryptophan. This, together with vitamin B-12, helps to create mental and emotional equilibrium in the human body. In simpler terms, a diet rich in chicken can fight off depression and feelings of misery. Additionally, tryptophan and B-12 trigger the stimulation of serotonin – a natural mood-regulating hormone. With the help of this third enzyme, you can actively reduce your chances of falling into chronic depression. Moreover, serotonin aids in proper digestion. Indeed, this lends credence to the saying, ‘Let food be your medicine.’
