Living with any pain can be exhausting and unrelenting. Gentle exercise options include swimming, walking, yoga, pilates, or gentle core workouts. Remember, to only do what you can manage as pushing yourself too hard can increase pain levels and negate the benefits of exercise.
Eat A Balanced Diet
Diet is key to helping our bodies repair any damage and keep us fit and healthy, even if we are living in chronic pain. A varied diet including lots of fruit, veg, beans, pulses, and whole grains, along with reducing refined carbs and sugar, will help your body be in fighting condition even if it doesn’t feel like it. It will give you the best defense possible against making your pain worse.
