Everyone can admit that eating healthy feels like a chore. For one thing, you have to be more conscious about what you’re feeding your body. For lunch, take something that you can eat quickly such as a green apple or pear. If you’re still feeling peckish after your lunch, have a fruit box snack. Mix some kiwi slices with white grapes or perhaps some chips with guacamole. Nearing dinnertime, have some green vegetables that go well with white meat such as courgettes, cabbage or green beans. If you’re having a rather strong meaty dish such as steak, some roasted broccoli, celery gravy or arugula would go splendidly well.

The number one reason for eating unhealthily is our work lives. You may have to commute 30-minutes to an hour to work, but that doesn’t mean that makes time management simple. All you need to do is add some milk without having to look for a plate and choose a cereal. Shaving seconds off your time is so important sometimes. This convenience will leapfrog any kind of fast-food breakfast conveniences like a fruit bar.
Rather than leave the office to spend 10 or 15-minutes in a line waiting to be served at a cafe or a sandwich shop, bring yourself a packed lunch. Make your sandwiches at home overnight and take them to work. Take your salad option out of your fridge and when you get to work put it in the fridge until it’s time to eat. Convenience is the reason we often eat so poorly.
