Unleash the clean squad this summer with Viva and Clorox!
Are you a busy Momma with lots on your plate this summer?
Wouldn’t it be great to have a team of people helping you clean your house this summer so you’d have more time to spend time with your kids doing fun stuff? Now that my kids are a little older, they are helping cleaning the house more and more. With the ultimate Clean Squad like Clorox All-Purpose Clean-Up Spray and Viva Vantage Paper Towels, anyone can help clean up the messes from summer. Right now Walmart has a bundle online with these two product, check it out here!
At our house the messes could be anything from barbeque sauce to spilling ranch dip we used for veggies from our garden. But the most likely messes of summer are melted popsicles and spilled lemonade! Viva Vantage Paper Towels are more like cloth which makes it stay strong for soaking up these messes. Now, there’s always a stickiness left over after sugary treats, right? Our popsicle messes happen everywhere in the summertime –
On the kitchen counter…
On the top part of the play fort…
On the coffee table…

On the plastic chairs on the back porch…

Spray a little Clorox All-Purpose Clean-Up Spray, wipe it up with Viva paper towels and Viola! We are ready to go back to summer time fun.
Wondering how to teach your kids how to clean up after themselves in no time? Well, you have come to the right place! First, have the right cleaning products. I love knowing that surfaces are disinfected by Clorox so germs don’t ruin our summer vacation. Clorox has 99.9% germ killing strength. It’s specially designed to clean and disinfect a variety of stains on a variety of surfaces. And with Smart Tube Technology®, you can spray every last drop. Bad news for germs, good news for family relations.
I also love using durable paper towels from Viva that are more like, well, towels…
Now, unleash your very own clean squad by teaching your (age appropriate) kids how to clean up after themselves!
1. Show how to tear off just one paper towel at a time so they aren’t wasted. PS I like having these paper towels that are just the right size so I’m not wasting…
2. Show your kids how to use the spray bottle and emphasize the importance of always having the spray turned away from them. I also make a big deal about not using too much at a time.
3. Show them how to wipe the surface, and if the paper towel gets too soaked, then get another until the job is done.
My kids are still supervised just-in-case they try to use to much of the spray or go crazy unrolling the entire roll of paper towels. Um, yea, that has happened; and yes, it was very difficult to keep a straight face when I realized my living room/kitchen looked like it had been toilet papered except with paper towels.
The cleaning squad in my house doesn’t always do a 100% perfect job, but the older they get the better they get. Plus, even at this young age I am preparing them to someday be self-sufficient and have self-confidence in their abilities. In order to have a great cleaning squad, picking apart every little thing they do won’t grow their skills or their self-esteem. So what if they miss a spot or two?! The point is they are learning, and by working together, we are all getting to have more summertime fun! Even if that means every once in a while a giant roll of paper towels is spread out all over the living room. LOL
Ok, so we covered saving time and sanity right? Save time cleaning your house by unleashing your very own clean squad using Clorox All-Purpose Clean-Up Spray and Viva Vantage Paper Towels. Save sanity by not having to do this all alone but recruiting the kids to help.
Now how to save money? Use Ibotta for savings on both Clorox All-Purpose Clean-Up Spray and Viva Vantage Paper Towels when you shop at WalMart. Plus, Viva Big Rolls have 40% more Viva per roll.(*Towel area compared to Viva® Regular Roll; Current practice is use of “33% More.”)
You can either go into the store and find the products on the cleaning or paper goods aisles, or use WalMart’s convenient grocery pickup. I have used this service frequently from groceries to a lawnmower my parents bought for me online and picked up curbside at my local Walmart. Simply, place your order online, choose a pickup time, go to the pickup area(mine is part of the side parking on the side of the store near groceries), enter your last name or order number in the kioski, park in the prompted lane, and your groceries and purchases are delivered to your car. This has saved me hours of my life walking up and down aisles looking for products I wanted to purchase. And you can still use Ibotta to save money!
Cleaning in summertime doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Unleash the Clean Squad of Clorox All-Purpose Clean-Up Spray and Viva Vantage Paper Towels along with help from members of your own household (you know those cute little kiddos that sometimes make messes).
It will leave you with less on your plate to worry about and more room for fun!

Great guide with cool pics.
I am looking for in-dept information about kitchen floor care and just found your site comes with such informative content.
Keep up your good work.:)
These products are now my go to for getting the back porch eating area in order. I love all your great tips!
Thanks so much! I liked them for the backporch/play area clean up too. 🙂
Viva is the only brand of paper towel I buy. I have been using them for years and while I love the Viva Vantage, I have to say that the original Viva is still my favorite. As for Clorox, I learned years ago from my mom that Clorox kills all germs, so I also always keep that on hand.

I can see why it’s the only brand you buy. I used to just pick up whatever was easiest and now I’m planning on going with Viva from now on.
With these two in hand my husband said I was a mad woman. I cleaned EVERYTHING! LOL
Clorox woks so well on outdoor furniture. It’s my go-to!
I didn’t know until I was trying it out for this post and now I’m hooked. 🙂
Great post! I love these products and the saving that come with them. I am cleaning like crazy and getting ready for the 4th. Have a good one.
