Finding time in this day and age is tough. With families to take care of, jobs to go to and work to be done around the house, it can be extremely tough to find some time for fun or even just time enough to relax for half an hour in the bath. The trick is being able to find time, or to save time so you can do things you enjoy and pull down those wearisome stress levels. There are dozens of time saving tips out there. The trick is finding ones that truly work for you. Everyone is different so you might need to try a few before you realize what works.

Streamline Your Beauty Regimen
There are lots of ways to do this. It can be tough because each person has a different routine. First, make sure you leave the area prepared where you get ready for your day. That way, when you have a busy morning everything will be ready to go. This is one of the easiest practices to get into. You can take things up a level too by using cosmetic treatment such as tatooed eyeliner or professionally manicured nails. The cost of laser hair removal might surprise you, meaning less time doing it yourself if you get it done in one session. You can also save time during your commute by getting ready while on public transportation. If you use public transport, apply makeup there instead of at home.
Being organized means you’ll be able to get into a practical routine which allows you to consistently save time. Instead of taking things one day at a time have a strategic plan in place which allows you to properly cut through the chores. This will put things firmly in your own control, so long as you stick to your plan.
Get The Kids Involved
Don’t be a softy! If you can get your kids involved you’ll teach them a life lesson while also giving you some time to focus on other areas. These can be simple things like helping out with the cleaning or tidying the house every now and then. You can incentivize these with treats or pocket money to make them a little more attractive.
Sort Your Sleeping Pattern Out
This can be a tough one. Especially if you’ve not had a set bedtime routine for a long amount of time. However, it is certainly doable. If you fix your sleep pattern, you might find that you have an hour or so extra either side of the day. For a lot of people, this is simply getting up earlier and training your body to do it regularly. Most people only need around eight hours, but everyone is different. Plus, generally people need changing amounts of sleep as they get older. Experiment a little and you might find yourself able to save a good chunk of time in the morning where you can relax with a coffee or use the slot to do some chores to free up time elsewhere.
Saving time is a great way to say stress. Your best bet is to be as organized as possible and also having a routine for different daily and nightly activities. Don’t give up if you don’t see a change instantly. They say it takes at least 30 days to form a habit. But it can be done and that’s totally worth your sanity to at least try!
