Danish researchers have found that people who have a high fat diet, such as Inuits, actually have a much lower level of heart disease. This is because they have a diet that is very high in omega-3 fatty acids. This lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, not to mention that it improves the health of your blood vessels too. People who consume more fish have a much lower chance of dying of heart failure. Book a Vacation
People who take a holiday twice a year are actually 8 times less likely to have a heart attack when compared to those who do not take holidays as often. This is especially because if you are stressed then you may find that unhealthy habits such as smoking or even drinking make your heart worse. If you can’t get away from work, then simply log off and make time to relax instead. If you can do this, then you’ll surely benefit.
