Nice article. Please did u said that cooked tomatoes contains better lycopene? What about the heat
Hi! I’m not sure exactly. This was a guest post. I’ll have to research. 🙂
Hi Cindy,
I love tomatoes, but I’m not allowed to eat them because of my GERD. I easily get acid reflux. But I do like eating Oysters and Almonds too. Aging is inevitable, but it’s always better if we delay it for a little. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Oh, yea, tomatoes can really mess with anyone that has GERD. 🙁 I guess anything with tiny seeds too?
Hey Cindy,
I think my doctor told me that tomatoes have high acid content that’s why it can easily trigger acid reflux. Well anyways, we’ve been trying to incorporate all the other foods on your list on a weekly basis, and my kids love it. Thanks!
It is definitely time for me to incorporate these healthy ingredients in my daily diet, Cindy! Great post!
It can’t hurt. 🙂 I need all the help I can get!
