It can’t be all bad right?! LOL I think only my 12 year old is that happy flossing but I’m so glad he does this because it will make his gums and teeth healthier and his overall health. Plus if you can, use mouthwash at least once a day too.
Lastly, it might be time to focus on your diet – it’s time cut down on sugary foods! I know, I know, just around the corner is Christmas and it’s endless flow of cookies, cakes, candies and pie OH MY! But scale it down and make sure to brush your teeth after any indulgence!
