The longer your Netflix watchlist is, the more likely you are to binge-watch the various movies and TV shows that are part of the service. Take a long hard look at your watchlist, not only on Netflix but the other streaming services you also subscribe to, and whittle them down. For anything you aren’t particularly bothered about, or for the things you have seen before, hit the delete button. By doing so, you might then have more incentive to take part in those hobbies that will improve your quality of life, in both the short and the long-term. And if you watch around bedtime, this might help you get more sleep as well.
