Hearing
First, you might think that issues with your hearing only occur when you reach a certain age. However, this isn’t the case and there are various factors in the world today that are making hearing issues a lot more common for younger people. For instance, personal listening devices have been found to significantly impact an individual’s hearing. That’s why you need to make sure that you are being careful how loud you are playing your music.(All those concert going years in my 20s has really affected my hearing in my 40s!) If you are struggling with your hearing, it might be worth exploring hearing devices. This can help ensure that it doesn’t get any worse over the next few years.

Aching Bones
You might also find that you are experiencing a lot more aches and pains than you used to. Perhaps getting out of low chairs is becoming quite the hardship and you regularly wake up in the morning with pain down your back. Does this sound familiar? Just the week before last I finally broke down and went to the doctor for pulling a shoulder muscle for indoor rock climbing. I only choose the easy peasy routes and was bummed that I messed it up a couple weeks ago. Luckily, my doctor prescribed some medication and by this weekend I have the green light to start climbing again. AND it feels so much better! If you’re experiencing aches and pains, then you may want to think about treatments that can help you. An example of this could be aqua therapy. Water exercises have been shown to be highly effective as a way to combat pain in various parts of the body, for people of all ages.
Early Age Spread
Ohhh that spare tire that’s not for your car. It’s time to think about the issue of middle-age spread. As the name suggests, middle-age spread does tend to occur around middle age. It refers to a time when you start to put on a lot of weight that you won’t easily be able to shake off. If you are worried about this, then you need to ensure that you are keeping up a great exercise routine and sticking with a consistent diet that includes healthy items like vegetables. The right diet is going to make it easier to keep your weight under the right level of control.

Feeling Forgetful
You might find that your brain isn’t providing the support that it once did. Perhaps you are feeling more forgetful lately and names are people that you have known for years are more difficult to put your finger on. Does this sound familiar? Wait, what was I typing about. LOL The good news is that this probably isn’t a sign of anything serious. However, you should still make sure that you are training your brain and treating it like a muscle. If you stretch it regularly, it’s less likely to break anytime soon.
Sagging Skin
My skin is starting to stretch more and more these days. I’m noticing wrinkles, spots, and jowls more and more. Yes, jowls. You know like bulldog kinda chin line happening hear. There are some face exercises that can be tried to tighten these up and some creams to use for the spots. There are also dayspa services or even surgeries to reverse the hands of time. Whatever you choose to do, be sure to research it thoroughly and speak with board certified medical professionals that can be trusted.
Hope this helps you understand some of the health issues that you can experience long before you reach old age. In the past, these health issues might have been tied to getting older, but these days they can begin to impact you while you are still young. It’s important to be prepared for these issues and understand how to combat them effectively.
