Signs of Chronic Fatigue
Chronic fatigue can manifest itself in different ways from one person to another. The severity of the symptoms also fluctuates from over time. Generally, the symptoms include:

- Unexplained muscle and joint pain
- Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and armpits
- Sleep that doesn’t refresh the mind
- Dizziness that gets worse with moving from a sitting or lying position
The causes of extreme fatigue are not explained yet. However, some schools of thought attribute it to viral infections, immune systems disorders, hormonal imbalances, and physical or emotional trauma. Some risk factors that make the condition worse include age and sex.
What to Do About It
Fortunately, you can treat fatigue once you understand the underlying reasons. If it’s having adverse effects on the quality of life, talk to a health professional. They’ll recommend various therapies to help restore your energy levels quickly and efficiently.

Drink Plenty of Water
Your feeling of fatigue could be due to dehydration, which reduces alertness and concentration. One way to tell if you’re taking enough water is to check the color of your urine. Generally, it should be straw-colored or pale yellow. Anything darker than that is a call for an increase in water intake.
Check Your Diet
Feelings of fatigue could also be a result of poor feeding habits. This includes feeding on unhealthy foods and sugary or caffeinated drinks. Eating a balanced diet comprising whole grains, fresh farm foods, healthy proteins, and fruits will boost your energy levels.
Fatigue can be sometimes inevitable due to the fast-paced life the world is currently living. However, when it’s chronic, it can affect your quality of life. At this point, it requires medical intervention and a change of lifestyle. Ensure you do all it takes and seek help to combat fatigue.
