Don’t brush your teeth straight after eating or drinking

Acidic foods and drinks can soften your tooth enamel, and if you brush when your enable is soft, it can cause the acid to erode your tooth enamel and the layer underneath it more quickly.
Drink peppermint tea when you feel sick
Peppermint tea is an excellent choice of drink if you need to settle your stomach. Sipping a hot cup of peppermint tea can help to relax you and can ease many symptoms of sickness and other stomach problems. To get the full flavour from your peppermint tea, the teabag should be left in hot water for at least 5 minutes. You can drink it as it is, or add sugar or honey for a bit more sweetness.
Not only is it great for settling stomachs, but it has also been known to ease headaches and has antibacterial properties, which is the reason peppermint is usually used to flavour toothpaste.
Honey is an excellent disinfectant
Honey has many great uses both in food and medicine because of its unexpected antibacterial properties. Honey can be used to treat wounds and burns. More unusual health tips involving honey is that it can be put on the wound before any plasters or dressings are placed over the top to keep injuries clean and help to promote their healing.
